This model is an excellent concert-size ukulele with a slotted head and a 2A grade Hawaiian Koa body.
"Excellent Concert" is a unique size from Truth that was created to meet the needs of players who want volume but find tenor instruments too large.
The rosette is our original design, with5mm wide abalone pearls and mother-of-pearls alternately placed. The blue-dyed wood edging makes the entire shell shine even more vividly.
The top and back of the body, from the fingerboard to the headstock, are bound with rosewood, giving the overall guitar a compact and chic appearance.
Equipped with Truth's uniquely designed slotted Gotoh gear pegs, it allows for smooth and stable tuning.
The tension unique to the slotted headstock provides excellent response, clarity, and rich sustain. The volume is also outstanding.
*As this is an irregular size, a wide gig case for concerts will fit, but if you are looking for a hard case or slim gig case for tenor guitars, we recommend one for tenor guitars.
