Returns Policy We take every precaution regarding the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. We will replace the product at our expense. However, if we do not have the same product, it will be repaired free of charge. Special orders and products ordered by customers cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges of "new instruments" under any circumstances. (We may only exchange the instrument if there is a defect in the instrument.) We do not accept returns or exchanges of products marked "OUTLET", so please consider carefully before ordering. "USED / VINTAGE" products may have scratches that are not visible in the photos on the web, so please check by phone in advance. We do not accept returns due to "sound" or "tone", which are largely subjective. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used once or products that have been soiled due to customer's responsibility. For warranty repairs after the initial defect response period, we will cover the cost of returning the product to you. Any other costs are not covered by the warranty.
