"eleComCon" Silent Electric Ukulele Concert Size, carved from Hokkaido Spruce with a neck-through-body construction.
This model is from Quiam, a Sapporo-based manufacturer that specializes in making ukuleles using materials sourced from Hokkaido. Their Ezo's Ukulele series, made from Hokkaido spruce, has garnered high praise both domestically and internationally.
This eleComCon is a 2026 renewed model of their concert-sized long-neck ukulele, featuring a neck-through-body construction carved integrally from Hokkaido Todomatsu (Ezo Spruce) from the neck to the body.
The beautifully grained Itaya Kaede (Painted Maple) used for the fretboard and bridge is also sourced from Hokkaido.
You can feel the vibrations throughout the body, allowing for an enjoyable playing experience despite its quietness. Its thin, compact body size makes it easy to carry and handle casually.
Equipped with a piezo pickup, its solid body construction makes it resistant to feedback and suitable for sound shaping using effect pedals.
The finish is a smooth, comfortable urethane. Beautiful abalone is inlaid for the position markers.
