This soprano ukulele features a Honduras mahogany body and a mosaic pattern design, showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship that is unique to POROPORO.
This instrument is a POROPORO show model exhibited at the "Shiwasu-no (December)Ukulele Exhibition 2025." This soprano ukulele uses a high-quality Honduran mahogany body and features an impressive mosaic inlay made from finely cut Hawaiian koa wood.
The rosette, headstock, above the 12th fret, back center, end graft, and ornament are decorated, giving it a beautiful, classical appearance reminiscent of stained glass.
The body is made of high-quality Honduran mahogany, which is deep in color and dense in texture.
The sides have a double structure, and the same material is used lavishly not only on the outside but also on the inside, bringing out a rich sound.
Both the top and back are characterized by the lustrous, mellow tone that is unique to mahogany, and the solid mid-low range and natural, extended sustain in the high range are impressive.
The bracing uses X-bracing, which helps to prevent the sound from being crushed. It also handles hard touches.
The thick frets make it easy to press the strings, and despite being a soprano size, it allows for highly expressive playing.
The fingerboard, bridge, and headplate are made of Brazilian rosewood.
From the selection of materials to the structure and finish, this guitar is packed with the maker's thoughts and skills.
