Pono's acacia solid body soprano has a simple, elegant look and a warm tone.
PONO is manufactured in Indonesia under strict management, inheriting the techniques of Hawaii's top ukulele brand Ko'olau. Although it is positioned as a second brand, there is no compromise on wood management or production know-how, and it boasts stable quality that is not inferior to the production line in Hawaii.
This soprano ukulele is made of solid acacia wood and has a satin finish that brings out the grain while still creating a calm look. The rosette is bound with old-style rope, creating a simple and beautiful design.
The back of the neck has a smooth satin finish, allowing for smooth position changes. The neck shape is rounded and easy to grip. The side-type gear pegs allow for smooth tuning.
The sound is bright and voluminous, and you can fully experience the clear tone that is unique to acacia.
Although it is made entirely of solid wood, it is excellent value for money and is recommended for beginners and those looking for a second or subsequent ukulele.

Pono
PONO is a second brand launched by Hawaii's top brand, Koʻolau, in 2005. While basic manufacturing is done at a partner factory in Indonesia, the finished product is thoroughly managed and checked by Koʻolau's skilled craftsmen, ensuring the same high quality as Hawaii-made products and excellent cost performance.
