Low-G dedicated black fluorocarbon strings for Soprano/Concert ukuleles
ORCAS ukulele strings are made from fluorocarbon and designed with an optimal balance for ukuleles.
Fluorocarbon is a durable and stable material that maintains a consistent sound even after prolonged use. It is less affected by temperature and humidity, ensuring stable performance even in environments with changing conditions, such as outdoor performances.
Furthermore, our unique heat treatment provides a more natural tone compared to conventional fluorocarbon strings. While retaining the characteristic sustain and power of fluorocarbon, the sound design brings out the inherent resonance of the instrument.
The tension is slightly softer than conventional fluorocarbon strings, making it easy to handle and minimizing discomfort when switching from nylon strings.
