This is a used tenor ukulele with a spruce top, walnut back and sides, and Maccaferri style, manufactured in 2013!Considering the play wear, it is offered at a very affordable price!
This tenor ukulele was made by Shelley D. Park, a Canadian luthier globally renowned as a Selmer-Maccaferri style guitar builder. Shelley began making Maccaferri-style ukuleles in 2013, and this instrument was made in that very first year.
It features a spruce top and walnut back and sides, producing a clear, thick, and well-defined tone.
Having been played extensively, the sound has matured and become richer.
The tuning pegs are Grover geared tuners. A Truetone stick-on piezo pickup is installed, providing a very natural output that performs well in live settings.
It is currently tuned to Low G. Due to significant play wear, it is priced affordably.
