Leaf Instruments
Yukihiko Nagasaka
Born in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture in 1987. After studying guitar and bass making at a vocational school, he worked at the long-established Suzuki Violin, where he acquired skills in making and repairing stringed instruments such as violins and cellos. In 2010, he launched his own brand, Leaf Instruments, and began making and researching acoustic guitars and ukuleles. In 2014, he moved to a new workshop and officially became independent. He has received high praise from professional guitarists and overseas musicians, and in addition to making and repairing instruments, he actively utilizes his skills by working as a vocational school instructor and partly producing Yamaha's electric guitar brand "kuu.color."
