This concert ukulele is designed with playability and quality in mind, making it an accessible choice for a first instrument.

The Student Series developed by KIWAYA is a series developed under the concept of "delivering high quality like domestic models at the most affordable price possible." The KCU-1 is a concert model in the Student Series.

Quality checks have been meticulously carried out on details such as hold, ease of play, and pitch stability, making it easy for beginners and experienced players alike to handle.

The body uses mahogany plywood. Based on the warm tone characteristic of mahogany, you can enjoy a clear, powerful sound with well-defined contours thanks to the standard clear fluorocarbon strings, along with ample volume.

The neck is made of mahogany, and the fretboard and bridge are made of black walnut.

The pegs are original open-gear type, allowing for stress-free tuning.

An end pin is pre-installed at the body end, allowing for playing with a strap. A soft case is also included, making this concert model highly recommended for those starting out with the ukulele.
