A soprano ukulele made with luxurious Hawaiian koa wood from the Hawaiian brand Kelii.
This is a soprano-sized model with a koa body. The fingerboard, bridge, nut and saddle are all koa, so everything except the neck is made from koa.
In recent years, Japanese imports have been equipped with Gotoh UPT tuning machines, which provide stable tuning and ease of use. The neck is also thinner than previous models, making it easier to grip.
It has a slight sheen, but the finish is close to a satin finish, making it soft to the touch and a simple, warm ukulele.
This is an affordable ukulele made in Hawaii, offering excellent value for money.
*The models we have in stock at our store have had the nut corner rounded by the distributor after arriving in Japan, the saddle lowered, and the string height reduced to about 2mm, making them much easier to play than models that are generally available.
*The product photos are of the actual product. Please watch the video to hear the captivating rolling sound of Hawaiian Koa. (The video is of a previous shipment.)
