Although Kanile'a is a relatively new brand, founded in 1998 on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, it is now considered one of the top Hawaiian brands due to its innovative structure, distinctive, crystal clear sound, and large scale production.
The KPA series, launched in 2020, is a deluxe series that uses premium grade curly koa for the body and boldly features a Maori (New Zealand) paua shell on the sound hole rosette. The combination of Hawaiian curly koa and Maori (New Zealand) paua shell represents the fusion of Polynesia.
