The K-1 series is characterized by its extreme simplicity, intentionally stripping away decorations like binding. The beautiful grain of the Hawaiian koa solid wood, luxuriously used for the top, sides, and back, immediately catches the eye.
The internal structure features Kanile'a's unique patented "TRU-R Bracing System." By reducing weight to the absolute minimum while maintaining body strength, it resonates without stress the moment the strings are strummed, producing an overwhelmingly clear and three-dimensional modern sound.
