The unique resonance created by the left and right sound holes
G String T4 Double Hole Tenor Ukulele (New)
G String Ukulele is a ukulele brand founded by Derek Shimizu on the island of Oahu, Hawaii in 1993. Highly acclaimed for its solid manufacturing techniques and beautiful tone, it is known as a representative of Hawaiian handcrafted ukuleles.
The workshop has now been moved to the suburbs of Las Vegas, USA, where Shimizu produces the ukuleles alone, resulting in limited production and making new G String ukuleles a rare find.
This instrument is a tenor-sized model that stands out among the brand's most distinctive models. Its unique design, with two sound holes on either side of the body, allows the player to experience a richer resonance. It not only creates a striking visual impact, but also has a unique effect on the spread and three-dimensionality of the sound.
In the center of the top, the G String brand logo, which is based on an anchor motif, is beautifully inlaid with abalone pearls.
The body is made of beautiful curly-grained Hawaiian Koa, which produces a bright, crisp tone with a rich, expansive sound. It's perfect for a wide range of playing styles, from solos to accompaniment.
This is a masterpiece that can be recommended to both performers and collectors, as it features the precise woodworking techniques and sound creation that are unique to G Strings.
