Based on the popular UT200, this special model features an adorable hummingbird!
This is a high-grade tenor ukulele from aNueNue, a Taiwanese ukulele manufacturer known for its high quality and excellent design. The top is made of Swiss moon spruce, which has been used in high-end guitars around the world in recent years as a material that produces a fascinating tone derived from the scientific concept of the phases of the moon. The bracing pattern designed by Hiroshima ukulele builder Morihiko Mitsuda, who is also known to be a favorite of ukulele player KYAS, combines with aNueNue's unique body shape to produce a beautiful, clear tone. The cutaway body makes it excellent to play on the high frets.
The head features a flapping hummingbird and the rosette features two hummingbirds hovering in search of flowers and their nectar. They are inlaid with abalone, mother-of-pearl, colorful turquoise and other stones, creating a truly gorgeous inlay.
