This instrument, the Koa Bird 1K Series aNN-UC1K, is a high-grade concert ukulele with a body made from solid AA grade Hawaiian Koa.
The bracing pattern designed by Hiroshima ukulele builder Morihiko Mitsuda, who is known to be a favorite of ukulele player KYAS, combines with aNueNue's unique body shape to produce a beautiful, crystal-clear tone.
The decoration is understated but carefully finished down to the smallest detail, giving the place a quality feel that is beyond what you would expect for the price.
The cutaway body makes it particularly easy to play on the higher frets.
