A black version of the limited edition tenor model created in collaboration with ukulele player KYAS! Air Air pickup model
This is a limited edition black version of a model created in collaboration between Anuenue, a Taiwanese ukulele manufacturer known for its high quality and excellent design, and ukulele player KYAS, and is equipped with an Air Air pickup.
The overall design is the same as the previous KYAS Whale 5K model, which used Hawaiian koa, and includes whale inlays, which symbolize Kochi Prefecture, where KYAS is based, and a rosette made of turquoise with a Pacific Ocean motif. However, the Black Whale uses a solid cedar top with a veneer of black-stained curly maple, and rosewood for the back and sides, making this a ukulele that expresses new individuality in both tone and sound.
Like other Anuenue high-end models, the sound is created by the bracing structure that we are absolutely confident in, and when combined with the unique body shape, it produces a beautiful, crystal clear tone.
